Return and refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

How it works

  1. Submit a request on our Returns page (getelvahome.com/pages/returns) with your order number.
  2. We review your request and reply by email with next steps.
  3. Once approved, we send return instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.
  4. After we receive and inspect the item, we refund your original payment method.

Damaged, defective or not as described

Tell us within 30 days of delivery and add a photo if you can. We will replace the item or refund you, and in some cases you will not need to send it back.

Conditions

  • Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
  • If you change your mind, return shipping is paid by the customer.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is approved and received. Your bank may take a few business days to show the refund.
